JWF offers a comprehensive range of both continuous and point level measurement devices to measure liquids, powders and interface.
We can also offer a unique instrument which provides two independent measuring principles from a single device. Using a magnetic level gauge we can use the existing chamber or provide a twin chamber incorporating a capacitance or TDR radar level transmitter.
Dependent on the application JWF can select the most suitable types of level device for your requirements, using our level solution partners: ABB, TC Klinger & Vega.

| Ultrasonic Level Products |
| Ultrasonic level measurement products are the cost-effective choice for monitoring and control in short- to long-range applications for liquids, slurries, and solids in a wide range of industries. Non-contacting technology offers low maintenance advantages. |
| Main features: |
•Low cost, effective level measurement
•Installed or changed without emptying your tank
•Commissioned accurately on or off line without changing the level
•No moving parts means no drift or recalibration |
|
 |
| Radar Level Products |
| Radar level transmitters for non-contact level indication, process control and tank gauging., Making non-contact microwave radar technology as a level measurement technique, easy to use and understand, offering a real alternative to existing technologies such as differential pressure transmitters and displacers. |
| Main features: |
•Selection is easier, for faster ordering and delivery.
•Simple to set up, faster commissioning.
•Trend and data logging onan in-head display.
•Echo pictures in head offer performance evaluation without laptops. |

| Guided Wave Radar Level & Interface Transmitter |
| Guided Wave Radar transmitter is based on Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) and provides reliable level and interface measurement for liquids and some solids. It has been developed to provide reliable and cost-effective measurement in a number of applications where other types of loop powered transmitters cannot be used. A wide range of probe materials including Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Monel or PTFE coated are available. |
| Main features: |
•No mechanical moving parts.
•Unaffected by changes in dielectric, density, temperature, pressure and pH.
•Wide range of probe options to handle obstructions, turbulence, foam, coatings and aggressive media.
•Loop powered
•Advanced signal processing |

| Float Operated Liquid Level Switches |
| Magnetic horizontal/vertical liquid level switches are well known throughout the process industries for their reliability, quality and longevity. Float switch is ideal for a wide range of liquids in industrial applications. |
| The 3 modules – switch, flange and float module – can be supplied in countless variants and have proved themselves for years through their reliability in an extremely wide range of sectors (chemicals, petrochemicals, off-shore, power plant construction, shipbuilding, industrial installation). |

| Magnetic Level Products |
| The well proven TC-Klinger Magnetic Level Gauge is particularly suitable for duties where dangerous and toxic fluid or gases are involved. Features include: clear legibility, local and remote display, alarm switching, robust and completely sealed, ideal for interface duties, ratings up to 200 bar, temperature up to 400 degrees oC, unlimited length, available in a wide range of materials. |
| It is particularly useful in conditions where a high level of confidence is required in the level readings as signals can be compared relative to each other. Typical applications are offshore, petrochemical, power, food and pharmaceutical industries |
| News: |
| We have developed dual measuring systems combining magnetic level indicators with Capacitance or TDR Radar probes providing two independent measuring systems. |

 |
| Displacer Level Products |
| Displacer type level transmitter is based on the buoyancy force on a displacer changes with liquid level movement, a range spring supporting the displacer extends or compresses, moving a magnetic ball. The transmitter can be mounted directly into a vessel or may be externally mounted in a chamber to allow isolation for planned maintenance or in-situ calibration checks. |
•Digital communications - HART compatible
•Non-interactive zero and span
•Direct or external cage mounting
•Option of local indicator |

| Reflex Level Guages |
Reflex gauges give an accurate reading of liquid levels. Colourless liquids can be seen using the principles of light refraction and reflection through the special prism glass. Reflex gauges are also available in welding pad form. Welding pad gauges are an effective way to mount flat glass gauges as an integral part of the vessel.
Reflex gauges are available in different series dependant on the applications and Large chamber Series. Large chamber gauges are used for the measurement of turbulent liquids. |
