"Burst the Bubble"

Bubble

This was a training session for staff about the new JWF objectives and business plan for the next 5 years. Kenneth Fairbairn, Managing Director, spoke about his vision for the company and how this meant overcoming challenges - i.e. bursting a few bubbles. These "bubbles" are with regards to sales and margins, customer service targets, and especially employees' efforts to help the business grow.

The targets discussed are challenging but achievable, if the JWF team pulls together to embrace the changes.

These changes include:

Accreditation

JWF has been re-accredited the Quality Management Accreditation through BSI (ISO 9001:2000).
