JWF advise distillery and SEPA on Emissions
Monitoring System
JWF through our new partnership with ABB Process Analytics have recently helped a local distillery in their emissions monitoring and permit application to SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency) with regards to the installation of a new anaerobic digestion plant.
The anaerobic digester will take spent grain from the distillation process and using a series of bio-reactors, which will decompose the organic components, will create a gas that can be combusted to generate energy for the site. 
After discussing the process with the distillery and reviewing the gas composition SEPA wanted to measure, JWF were able to suggest an alternative solution which was not only more appropriate to the application but also more
cost effective, almost halving the initial cost.
The recommendation to measure Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Sulphur Dioxide (SO2) was accepted by SEPA and the plant is due for commissioning towards the end of September 2010 with JWF supplying emissions monitoring analysers on site.

JWF Launches the latest technology in Ultrasonic Flowmeters
Instrumentation Company, JWF Process Solutions Ltd. is delighted to announce the introduction of a new range of Ultrasonic Flowmeters into the UK marketplace.
The Ultrasonic Flowmeters are manufactured by market leaders “FLEXIM” based in Germany and offer non-intrusive flow measurement using clamp-on technology to deliver in line process flow measurement of gases and liquids.
