A BIG year for Birthdays

The clichés “Age is just a number” and “You’re as young as you feel”, have been particularly popular within the walls of JWF in the past 2 months. Yes, it’s been a year for BIG birthdays with Craig McLaren (Divisional Manager, Flexim) celebrating his 30th birthday in September and David Gemmell (Financial Controller) celebrating his 40th birthday in October.

David insists that 40 is the new 30, however, still being an avid rugby player is slightly concerned that most of the opposing team members will be half his age. Craig, on the other hand, didn’t have much time to think about his big birthday with the arrival of his first baby imminent in the coming weeks!

The JWF team helped the boys to celebrate by suitably embarrassing them with flamboyant decorations, and a “Happy Birthday” sing along. However, all was soon forgiven when they were presented with birthday cake and gifts from all the staff.
