Submit Quotation

JWF manage the quotation process by:

  • Preparing our customer solution proposal
  • Reviewing with the customer
  • Liaising with factories on customer requirements
  • Developing a package of documents for customer review

Order Placement

JWF ensure we have a 'clean order' by:

  • Checking customer order against proposal
  • Engaging with customers for clarifications
  • Conducting a handover between the engineering team and supply chain team
  • Providing a single point of contact for customers

  • Reviewing GA drawings and calculations

Expediting Customer Approval

JWF review 'clean order' status to meet projected delivery by:

  • Chasing for final customer sign off
  • Proceeding with manufacture
  • Liaising between factory and customer
  • Update customer by using 'JWF Tracker'

Delivery Confirmation

At this stage we:

  • Review production reports from factories
  • Challenge factories with changes/gaps
  • Confirm compliance with all specifications
  • Confirm dispatch dates

  • Arranging and facilitating ITP
