Our fleet of ultrasonic flow meters for hire includes Flexim's range of FLUXUS portable clamp-on liquid flow meters. Our range of rental Flexim portable non-invasive ultrasonic flow meters can measure liquid to provide velocity, energy, mass and volumetric data.

The clamp-on technology means means you can measure flow without the need for invasive installation or interruption of the pipeline, making them particularly useful for temporary flow measurements or in situations where it's impractical to install a permanent meter.

One of the key features of the FLUXUS series is its ability to clamp onto the outside of pipes, which eliminates the need to cut into the pipe or shut down the flow for installation. This not only saves time and cost but also makes it suitable for a wide range of pipe materials and sizes. The Flexim portable clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters can accurately measure liquid in pipe sizes from 0.5" to 48".

The portability of these meters allows for flexibility in monitoring flow rates at different points in a system or for temporary measurements during maintenance or troubleshooting. Additionally, many FLUXUS models offer high accuracy and reliability, even in challenging conditions such as high temperatures, high pressures, or corrosive fluids.

Options

F601: The standard FLUXUS F601 for the portable flow measurement of any liquid media.
The FLUXUS G601 for the flow measurement of gas filled pipes.

F608: The FLUXUS F608 for liquid flow measurement in hazardous areas up to 400°C (ATEX Zone 2 / FM Class I, Division 2 certified). The ATEX approval Zone 2 means there is no need for Hot Work permits.
