JWF provide mechanical pressure gauges from WIKA, who is world leader in the manufacture of mechanical pressure measuring instruments (pressure gauges). Thousands of variations are available for gauge, differential and absolute pressure measurement.
Since 1972, JWF have been WIKA's Channel Partner for Scotland and responsible for the full sales and technical promotion of WIKA products. For your pressure gauges, we offer a range of instrument valves and connections with full assembly, testing and calibration.
WIKA pressure gauges have been proven millions of times over. For the optimal solution for the widest range of applications, there is a choice of measuring systems in Bourdon tube, diaphragm element and capsule element technologies. The pressure gauges cover scale ranges from 0 … 0.5 mbar to 0 … 6,000 bar and indication accuracies of up to 0.1%.
Absolute pressure gauges are used in the measurement of pressure, and are independent of fluctuations in the atmospheric pressure. The gauges can be used for gaseous, liquid and aggressive media and also in aggressive environments. The gauges are available with high overload safety, and benefit from long service life due to the metallic media chamber sealing. Scale ranges from 0 … 25 mbar absolute pressure.
Differential pressure gauges are used to measure the difference between two pressures. If the pressure difference between two pressures p1 and p2 is itself the measurement quantity, it is called the differential pressure. High static (working) pressure of up to 400 Bar can be supplied, and differential pressure can be measured down to 16 mBar.
