JWF win Instrumentation contract with major North Sea operator!

JWF are delighted to announce that it has been awarded a new Instrumentation contract for a period of up to 7 years.

Through a robust two stage competitive tendering exercise,  JWF came out top based on their strong track record, engineering capability and instrumentation expertise.

“This is a fantastic result for JWF Group and will be an example of where JWF can bring real benefits to one of our major customers.  Our flexibility to deal with instrumentation types across all our customer’s North Sea offshore applications was seen as a major benefit as this contract includes the supply of pressure, temperature, flow, level, instrument valves and other miscellaneous instrumentation” states Oil & Gas Director, Martin Kerlin.

As part of this contract, JWF will work closely with our customer in dealing with important operational issues such as:

• Standardising - initial focus will be on documentation supply
  
• Obsolescence Management - focus on having upgrade solutions for obsolete instrumentation
• Spares Rationalisation - aimed at reducing inventory levels
• Asset Responsiveness and meeting critical delivery deadlines - key to all offshore operations

All the above are the initial areas that will be targeted, aiming to save our customer time and costs in the current economic climate.
