WIKA Instruments design and manufacture a range of precision Double Block and Bleed Valves with both flanged and threaded connections. The IBM & IBF range are most suitable for applications in aggressive environments measuring Gases or Liquids which crystallise or are highly viscous - as found in Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical Industries and Power Plants
All designs are Fire-tested to ISO 10497/API 607 and Leak-tested in accordance with BS6755 / ISO 5208 leakage rate A. The valves can be offered in various materials from Carbon Steel through to exotics such as Inconel 825 and Inconel 625. They are available from ½” to 2” in size with a 10mm bore as standard, with increased bore sizes on request.
The ball & needle valve arrangement is customisable and can be configured as a ball, needle, ball for dual isolation and bleed or alternatively as a ball, needle for single isolation and bleed as per EEMUA-182 standard.
All valves are tested in-house to world-wide recognised standard API-598.
