Steam Flow Survey

JWF provide steam flow surveys using the world's only portable clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter for steam measurement from Flexim. The FLUXUS G601 ST flow meter measures steam flow non-invasively from the outside of the pipe meaning no pipework required and no interruption to production.. The portable steam flow meter allows you to carry out measurements in multiple pipe locations throughout your site. 

With FLUXUS ST, it is possible to capture all steam usage from very low to very high flow rates with one meter size. The steam flow meter can be used for steam temperatures up to 180°C / 356°F. 

Our service engineers are specially trained on Flexim technologies and can carry out steam measurement services at your site. We can measure steam to provide velocity, energy, mass and volumetric data. We will provide you with a detailed flow survey report.
